Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between "FEMPRENEUR Business" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") when purchasing books through the Seller's online shop.
Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. The Customer submits a binding offer by completing the order process.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to reject orders without providing reasons.
Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1. The prices listed include the statutory value-added tax and are subject to shipping costs.
3.2. Shipping costs are displayed to the Customer during the order process.
Payment
4.1. The Customer can pay for the order via prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal, or credit card.
4.2. When selecting the prepayment (bank transfer) payment method, the Customer will receive payment information after completing the order. The goods will be shipped only after the payment has been received.
Delivery
5.1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
5.2. The Seller endeavors to provide the fastest possible delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the product and availability.
Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
6.2. Details regarding the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal form will be made available to the Customer on the website (see below).
6.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your Name and Address], Email: [Your Email Address], Phone: [Your Phone Number]) through a clear statement (via email to info[at]fempreneur.de) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form (see below) for this purpose.
6.4 Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods in undamaged condition. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Transaction costs incurred by certain payment service providers may be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will only be processed once we have received the goods in an undamaged condition. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Warranty and Liability
7.1. The statutory warranty provisions apply.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
Data Protection
8.1. The Seller collects and processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
Final Provisions
9.1. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
9.2. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These T&C are effective as of [October 29, 2023] and may be amended by the Seller at any time. The version of the T&C valid at the time of the order shall apply.
